began aftercare work with many at-risk clients. Sadly, more often than not, individuals leave a treatment facility without the proper tools needed to maintain a healthy social life in the real world, post-treatment. Aftercare is an essential part of the process because it provides the necessary fundamentals that allow at-risk individuals to make healthier choices while living with this chronic disease.
With the Donations and our partners we help fund the after care for the families to relive the financial stress
Sean is Southern California born and raised.. Surf Skate Snowboarding was his life.. mixed in with booze and pills..He was in the action sports industry getting paid to party and shredding with his professional friends all over. Then he found himself in the hollywood scene. Loosing his jobs and about to lose it all; he had to make a choice....Quitting was the choice.. not on life but on the drugs and booze.. you see he lost all his motivation for the things he grew up loving... it's been almost 6 years since that choice was made and he hasn't surfed this much and enjoyed real life this much in over 15 years. Surfing and outdoor activities, having a strong support group, and healthier lifestyle is how he started. For the last 4 years Sean has been working in the treatment industry. He went from a Sober Living manager to running 4 sober living homes. He studied substance abuse and got certified for sober coaching / sober companion. For the last 2 years he has been sober coaching and a sober companion for executives, celebrities and young adults. He is highly recommended by therapists. He is patient and clients tend to take his direction.
